Chattanooga's dining scene stole the show, especially digging into some firehouse subs at a nearby spot. Plus, the area had a decent vibe—perfect for late-night snack runs! Friendly front desk clerk made checking in a breeze, too.

Oh boy, our room had tiny bugs playing hide and seek, making us rethink our stay in just 10 minutes! Plus, we couldn’t ignore the sagging floor in the bathroom—definitely a bummer on an otherwise fun trip.

Additionally, we dealt with a malfunctioning toilet and noticed some roaches in the room. Check-out turned into a hassle when we were charged extra because we didn’t check out on time, which was due to our bathroom situation. I liked the well-decorated room and the overall location, but service could improve significantly.

I had a great time here with my friends! The location was perfect for exploring the Tennessee Aquarium and enjoying the local eateries. The bathroom was modern and really nice. Just a heads up, breakfast is basic, and some rooms might need a little upkeep, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere during my solo stay. The room design was inviting, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, I recommend addressing the pest issue for future guests. Also, the onsite restaurant offered a delightful breakfast, perfect for fueling up before exploring the area.

I recently stayed for two nights and enjoyed the location near fantastic restaurants and great local vibes. The modern bathroom impressed me, although we encountered a roach issue. Despite that, the friendly staff made check-in easy, adding to the overall experience!

Pretty decent stay overall

Had a one-night solo trip and it was mostly alright. The bed was comfy and the shower had awesome pressure. But I noticed some cleanliness issues. hair on the sheets is a no-go. They did have some cool USB plugs though, which I liked. Just wish the overall cleanliness was better.
